To make a purchase from The Last Diary Company you must adhere and agree to the following terms and conditions of trade, and any rules and policies that have been set by The Last Diary Company.

General Information

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Products are subject to availability.  You will be notified of unavailable items and a suitable substituted item will be offered or a refund issued. 

Delivery Information

We offer Australia-wide delivery. Deliveries are either sent with Australia Post or by a contracted courier company.

• For next day delivery in Victoria, all orders must be placed before 12.00pm, otherwise allow 2 working days.
• For interstate delivery to the metro areas of South Australia, New South Wales, Tasmania and Queensland - allow 2-3 working days for delivery.  All other areas - delivery times will vary. Northern Territory and Western Australia - allow up to 5+ working days. Express service is available, price is available on application.

For all deliveries sent via Australia Post to private addresses we require a signature upon receipt.

A delivery fee up to $7.50 will be charged depending on the destination, size and weight of the consignment.

Overseas deliveries can be arranged upon receipt of the order.

Refund Information

The Last Diary Company will refund monies paid or issue a credit note in the case of:

• Non delivery due to our error or our suppliers’ error.
• Incorrect order delivered due to our error.

Claims must be received within 7 working days.

Exchange Information

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping and billing address details. To ensure a smooth delivery process it is essential that all recipient details are correct. If goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address an extra courier fee will be charged for re direction.

The Last Diary Company will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. Information provided by you to The Last Diary Company will be used to process your order and will only be forwarded to a third party such as a courier company. If you don't do wish to receive e-mails or mail updates please advise The Last Diary Company. The Last Diary Company will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent.

In addition, our employees and any contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by The Last Diary Company.
